I’m a Salesforce Lead Technical Consultant at Perficient, based in Nagpur, India. Over 8 years I’ve moved from writing Apex triggers to leading teams, shaping solutions and explaining trade-offs to the people who have to live with them. This site is where I make the useful parts of that experience easier to find.

How I work

Clear thinking, practical delivery.

I care about solutions that fit the real problem, can be supported after launch and make sense to the people who use them. Most of my work has been on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with a lot of integration in between.

  • Start with the business outcome and the constraints.
  • Keep architecture and implementation explainable.
  • Leave room for maintainability and handover.

I mentor people entering the ecosystem, run the Trailhead Simplified YouTube channel, keep my own learning visible on Trailhead, and write short notes from inside delivery work rather than from the sidelines.

    Lead Technical Consultant

    Working with Caterpillar Inc. on robust Salesforce solutions: integrating WhatsApp with Salesforce and building the system behind marketing and customer communication.

    • Designing the WhatsApp–Salesforce integration so conversations, consent and campaign history live on the customer record.
    • Shaping the marketing and communication platform with maintainability and handover in mind from day one.

    Led three Salesforce solutions for PenFed Credit Union (USA) across process automation, auditing and CMS-driven Experience Cloud portals, directing a four-person team.

    • Migrated SharePoint-based SOPs into Salesforce Knowledge with Flows and approvals, cutting related operational cost by 40%.
    • Rebuilt a custom audit tool with questionnaire import/export, JSON storage and Excel reporting, improving audit turnaround by 30%.
    • Built 4+ Agentforce proofs of concept with Data Cloud integration and custom prompt design.

    Software Engineer – SFDC

    U-Next Learning · Bangalore, India

    Built student lifecycle (SLCM) solutions for TAPMI, Manipal Academy of Higher Education and Manipal University Jaipur on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

    • TAPMI: integrated Salesforce with LeadSquared to automate lead capture, reducing manual data entry by 60%; shipped a custom LWC and Apex chatbot for student FAQs.
    • MAHE: built a Service Cloud case system for student grievances and integrated AWS S3 document storage. Mentored five interns.
    • MUJ: configured Omni-Channel routing, integrated OzoneTel CTI via webhooks and enabled SendGrid bulk email to thousands of students per batch.
